Cleaning a "Picasso" Drawing

This drawing had old yellowed tape residue all around the boarders from being taped to the mat. Luckily, the signature had the least amount of damage. The images below show the cleaning progress. The last image is the final result. Picasso is in quotes because it has not been determined whether it is an original or not.
